Lobwell opens for orders soon. This is how delivery works from launch day.

Order by 2pm Monday to Friday and your parcel leaves the same day. Orders after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays leave on the next working day.

Tracking

Every option is tracked. You get an email with the tracking link as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Where we deliver

UK mainland addresses, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Some Highlands and Islands postcodes take one extra working day with DPD. We do not ship outside the UK yet.

How rackets are packed

Rackets travel in a rigid box with the head protected, so the frame cannot be crushed in transit.

Questions people ask

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Royal Mail delivers on Saturdays; DPD Next Day orders placed on a Friday arrive on Monday.

Can I change my delivery address?

Email hello@lobwellpadel.co.uk with your order number before 2pm on the day you ordered and we will change it if the parcel has not left.

My parcel has not arrived.

Check the tracking link first. If it shows no movement for two working days, email us with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
