Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on this website.

1. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If an item is out of stock after you order we will refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and start from dispatch. See delivery.

4. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our own returns window is longer: 30 days for unused items. See returns.

5. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full.

6. Liability

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
