Questions about padel overgrips and grips
How often should I change my overgrip?
Every 8 to 10 hours of play, or sooner if your hands sweat a lot. Our regrip guide shows how.
Does an overgrip make the handle thicker?
Slightly. A 0.6 mm overgrip adds a little thickness; two layers can make a handle feel noticeably bigger.
Overgrip or replacement grip?
An overgrip goes on top of the base grip. Replace the base grip only when it is flat, hard or torn.
