Returns and refunds
You can return unused kit in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to return something
- 1Email us
Send your order number and what you are returning to hello@lobwellpadel.co.uk.
- 2Pack it
Use the original box if you can, with all labels and protective film still on.
- 3Send it tracked
Post it with a tracked service and keep the receipt. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
- 4Refund
We refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return.
What counts as unused
A racket that has been played with picks up marks on the frame and face and cannot be sold again as new, so it can only be returned if it is faulty. Ball tubes must be sealed. Grips must be in their wrapper.
Faulty items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If a racket cracks or the core separates in normal play, email us with photos and we will repair, replace or refund it.
