Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect and why. Contact hello@lobwellpadel.co.uk with any question or request.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone, delivery address and what you bought, to fulfil and support your order (contract).
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive a payment reference, never your card number.
• Basket reminders: if you enter your email at checkout and do not finish, we may send one reminder (legitimate interest). You can opt out from that email.
• Marketing emails: only if you tick the box (consent).
• Launch alerts: if you tap Notify me, your email and the products you chose, so we can email you once when they go on sale (consent). Ask us and we delete it straight away.
• Reviews: the name, town and text you choose to publish (consent).
• Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies (consent).

How long we keep it

Order records for six years for tax purposes; abandoned basket details for 30 days; launch alert emails until we have sent the alert, or 12 months at most; marketing consent until you withdraw it.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Royal Mail or DPD (delivery), our web host, and Google Analytics if you allow it. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing or withdraw consent. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Court finder searches

When you search the court finder by postcode, your browser asks postcodes.io for the location of that postcode. We do not store your search.
