About the Lobwell Tor
Tor is the racket most people should start with. A round head keeps the sweet spot in the middle of the face, which is where a new player actually hits the ball, and the soft EVA core does the work on slower shots so you do not have to swing hard. The 3K carbon skin is the step up from the glass fibre you find on hire rackets: it is a touch firmer, so volleys feel cleaner and the face does not go soft after a few months.
- Big, central sweet spot on a round head, so off-centre hits still go over the net
- Soft EVA core gives the ball a lively push at club pace without jarring the arm
- 3K carbon faces keep their shape longer than glass fibre
- Low balance, so the head is quick at the net and easy on the wrist
Who it suits
Built for new players learning the walls and players in their first or second year. It puts placement and comfort ahead of raw pace.
